Why Does My Music Stay Relevant?
Relevant- closely connected or appropriate to whatever is being done/considered. With this definition in mind, we can seek forth through barriers and limitations of understanding. If I have the power to make it known of social injustices, practices of evil, and our polluted ways because of their relevancy I will make use of that advantage. One of the subjects I feel has truly burdened our society as a whole is the systemic racism that pools over our minorities. There are multiple cases, where in my songs, I bring up this point allowing my listeners to grab the concept of the underlying message. I use references to other artists and influencers by jotting down a lyrical aspect of theirs, or reciting a meme that has made its publicity, I do so to keep my listeners intrigued to the fact I will grow with time and not wither away because my trends are not popping. To keep the youth of my fans I shall refer to the things they can relate to, goes the same for my old heads out there! catch a few of those old school styles, I hope it keeps ALL my fans interested.
Relevancy is a Key to Influence
To influence peers, I feel the need to say you have to sell pitch. Whether or not you are actually selling anything, a crowd follows a presence, to steer a crowd you have to be influential. Bottom line is to become exactly putted, an influential presence amongst our community. The sheep will not be herded if there isn't anything to gather them, relevant information, they roam helplessly living in ignorance. The people need to know the antics and behind the scenes as well, but if all media is propagandized the relevance of no information will herd the helpless and that means by all restriction. THIS IS WHAT IS ALREADY HAPPENING!
